Because the internal jet condition is bad, the abrasive wear inside the sand pipe is very large after being accelerated, so it needs to be manufactured with very wear-resistant materials.

   Sand pipe is the key to form abrasive jet. For a long time, high pressure abrasive jet sand pipe has been puzzling the boundary of water jet in our country.
    So far, the service life of sand pipes and premixed abrasive nozzles used for cutting has not reached a satisfactory level.
Sand pipe structure is very simple, basically consists of two parts, namely conical population and columnar outlet, slightly different size, different uses, as shown in the figure.

At present, the common diameter of sand mixing pipe is 6.35 mm and 7.14 mm. In addition, the most common length of sand mixing pipe is 76.2 mm and 101.6 mm. Please choose a more suitable length of sand mixing pipe. In addition to the three values of outer diameter, inner diameter and length, the cone angle of sand mixing pipe is also a non-negligible specification. The more suitable angle of inner cone is, the more favorable it is for water-sand mixture to pass through the inner hole of sand mixing pipe smoothly. It has been proved by long-term practice that the inner cone of 25 degrees is right.
