Tungsten Carbide Inserts Feature

Forming turning tool is a special tool for processing the forming surface of revolving body. After processing, it can reach tolerance grade IT8~IT10, roughness is 10~5 micron, and it can ensure high interchangeability. However, the manufacture of forming turning tools is complex, the cost is high, and the working length of the blade is wide, so it is easy to cause vibration. Forming turning tools are mainly used to process large batches of medium and small size parts with formed surface.
